Empowering Youth Towards Success
The staff at the Prince George’s County Y.E.S. Center’s mission is to provide comprehensive support systems for young adults ages 18–26 who are transitioning out of foster care. We understand the challenges of this transition and we’re here to walk with you every step of the way.
Our center brings together government and community partners under one roof. With a coordinated team, including case support, education and career guidance, housing connections, and wellness resources, we help you create a personalized plan and move forward with confidence.
Who Are We
The YES Center is not just a place; it’s a collaborative effort involving governmental and not-for-profit agencies. Our multi-disciplinary team of professionals comes together under one roof to provide coordinated services to youth in need. From social workers and counselors to educators and career advisors, our team is dedicated to empowering youth towards independence and success.
